Naton is a family-owned business that has nearly 50 years of experience providing earthwork, demolition and equipment rental for commercial, industrial and residential projects in San Diego, South Orange and South Riverside Counties. The late Richard Walton founded our rental division, Naton Tractor, Inc. in 1975, and our contracting division, Naton Engineering, Inc. in1988.

Naton Engineering, Inc. is a licensed General Engineering Contractor with Hazardous Endorsement and has a reputation for quality workmanship and completing projects safely and on schedule. Our experienced and competent estimating and office staff work together to ensure client satisfaction using the latest automated technology in estimating, bidding and project management.

Our field personnel are experienced with structural demolition, site clearing and all phases of site development. They are highly trained with years of experience and take pride in their workmanship. Field supervisors have all required OSHA certifications, including certification for handling hazardous materials and are CPR and First Aid certified.

Naton Engineering, Inc. has an excellent safety record with a low Workers Compensation EMR. We have and Injury and Illness Prevention Policy and a Drug Free Work Place Policy in place and our employees are dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment.
